1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Satya Electricals. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The product is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
• All tags, manuals, accessories and invoices are intact.
• The product has not been damaged by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened, installed or used.
• Customized or special-order items.
• Wires, cables and materials cut to custom lengths.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged in transit or is found to be defective:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via call or WhatsApp at 7538029638.
• We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability.
• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging may be requested for verification.

4. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Satya Electricals carry a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. As an authorized Havells distributor, all Havells products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and can be serviced at our store or authorized service centers.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not physical or water damage caused after delivery.
• Warranty claims require the original invoice.
• Installation work performed by us carries a 1-year workmanship warranty.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days:

• UPI / Bank transfer: Refunded to the original payment source.
• Cash payments: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer to the customer's account.
• Store credit: Available on request, valid for 6 months.
