Satya Electricals is a retail and wholesale electrical shop located at Ramnagar Market, in front of Bajaj Gold Loan, Mahakalpara, Kendrapara, Odisha - 754224. We are an authorized Havells distributor serving Kendrapara and surrounding areas since 2010. A second location operates at The Powerhouse, Magalpur, Mahakalpara.

3. Products & Pricing

• All products displayed on this website are for information purposes. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order.
• We sell genuine branded products including Havells, Anchor, Finolex and other leading manufacturers.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, in line with manufacturer and market rates.
• Photographs of products are indicative; actual product may vary slightly in appearance.

An order is confirmed only after price and stock are verified by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

• We accept cash, UPI and bank transfers.
• For wholesale orders, payment terms may be agreed separately.
• Advance payment is required for bulk or special-order items.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Kendrapara district and nearby areas.
• Free delivery applies to orders above ₹30,000; delivery charges for smaller orders will be communicated at the time of order.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic or stock conditions.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect goods at the time of delivery.

7. Warranty & Services

• Products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• Havells products are additionally covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• Installation and repair services carry a 1-year workmanship warranty.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or incorrect installation by third parties.

All returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satya Electricals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
